The busy yet historic city of Bristol is the largest centre of culture, employment and education in the region. Located in the south west of the country, it lies at the mouth of the River Severn.
One of the most eye-catching structures associated the city is the famous Clifton suspension bridge which links Bristol with North Somerset.
