Across the bay from St. Ives, Hayle's 3 miles golden sands stretches through areas known as Rivieria, Upton Towans, Gwithian Towans and Godrevy. If you are a Walker then you are in for a lesson in coastal beauty, as the coastline around St Ives Bay has breathtaking views. And, for all Birdwatchers, Hayle estuary is just over 2 miles away providing an R.S.B.P site for budding and established bird watchers. For the Coastal Walkers, the views are unforgettable.

Are you near the beach.

The Apartments location is on the B3301, the coastal road between Hayle and Gwithian Village. A 5 minute drive will take you to Gwithian Towans or Godrevy, two entrances to Hayle's three mile beach. Or, from our back gate a 15 minute walk will take you through sand dunes and the best view of Hayle beach,


About Dongree Apartment

Fully self-contained, large 4 berth 1st floor holiday Apartment within a period house.
Guests have their own off road parking area outside of the house and all are welcomed to share the large 100 foot garden.

Bedrooms 2 - 1 double: 1 Twin., bed linen is supplied free of charge.
Kitchen: Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Micro-wave, fully equipped kitchen, Table and Chairs.
Lounge: 2 Sofas, Table & Chairs, coffee table Flat Screen TV.
Bathroom: Bath, Electric Shower over bath, washbasin, toilet, electric towel rail.
Separate toilet on Landing.

The owners live in their own separate accommodation and oversees everything, being on hand if the need arises stays, clean linen is provided F.O.C for the second week. Owner

ALL ROOMS LEAD OFF THE MAIN LANDING
All rooms lead off the Main Landing. Shoe rack, chair. There is a Night-store Heater located in this area.
ENTRANCE/SMALL LOWER LANDING
The small Lower Landing is just inside the Entrance to the Apartment, off this Landing is a Separate Toilet.
ALL ROOMS
The Apartment can receive FREE WiFi from Owners own Router which is on 24hrs.
They are carpeted through-out with the exception of the Bathroom, Kitchen and the Separate Toilet.
BOTH BEDROOMS AND THE LOUNGE OVERLOOKS THE LARGE FRONT GARDEN.
